ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Europe:
Estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days after dispatch.
International Orders:
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
ARMIY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly or contact us at support@armiy.com and we will do our best to assist you.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. ARMIY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
