RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ARMIY, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unused and unworn

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Free from stains, odors or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged for return shipping.

  • Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized/custom products

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
